• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and time spent on the platform.

• Service Provision: To generate videos, clone voices, and render avatars as requested by you.
• AI Processing: Your inputs (text, images, audio) are processed by our internal AI models and strictly necessary third-party AI infrastructure providers (e.g., Replicate, OpenAI) to fulfill your creation requests.
• Billing: To process subscription payments and credit purchases via Stripe.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and optimize our AI models and user interface.

3. Voice Cloning & Biometric Data

Explicit Consent: By uploading a voice sample, you represent that you are the owner of the voice or have explicit written permission from the owner to clone it.

Usage Limitation: Voice clones are generated strictly for your account's use. We do NOT use your custom voice clones to generate content for other users or universally train our base models without your explicit additional consent.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only to the following categories of third parties strictly for service operation:

• AI Infrastructure Providers: Trusted third-party GPU and model providers (e.g., Replicate) who process your inputs to generate video/audio output. They are bound by data processing agreements to protect your data.
• Cloud Hosting: Third-party cloud providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) that host our database and application.
• Payment Processors: Stripe, for secure payment handling. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of SimplyCreate AI and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information and Generated Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time via the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our active databases, though some information may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
